I'm thinking what I'm trying say is that if anyone has watched any Falcons game ever, then you're familiar with how this game is expected take place: Falcons will have a big lead entering the second period, and suffer a spectacular collapse that could make you feel sorry for them. But you'll recall that this happens to them each week and that they're used to it.After a month of watching Washington and Saints I realized that I don't have the ability to select a match that involves either of these teams. Let me say it out loud: I'm embarrassingly terrible at picking Washington and Saints games.
After just four weeks, I'm 0-4 picking Washington's games. I'm only zero-4 on Saints games making them two of the teams in the NFL that I've completely whiffed on this year. If math is not your thing, that means that I'm 0-8 when picking these two teams. It's quite a stretch considering that I'm 41-15 picking the games involving 30 other teams , besides Washington and New Orleans.
Since I first tried to convince people that "Smurfs 2 was a good film" I've never been so off about any other thing. Spoiler alert: It was not a very good film, and it's not even at all as good as the first "Smurfs" film which is a timeless iconic if you like films about tiny blue people.
The unlucky picks are beginning to become out of control. In Week 4 I picked the Saints to beat the Giants and they let slip an 11-point lead during the last seven minutes. Washington was my choice, and I chose to fall to the Falcons. They did win even though they were down by eight points with just four minutes remaining. No matter what I tell you the outcome is always wrong. If I had predicted that the Saints were going to beat Washington by 47 points and lose to Washington by 74.
